{"id":297,"date":"2014-11-09T18:49:21","date_gmt":"2014-11-09T18:49:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.clwydianrangerunners.com\/?p=297"},"modified":"2014-11-09T18:50:16","modified_gmt":"2014-11-09T18:50:16","slug":"dash-in-the-dark-race-1-results-7th-nov-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.clwydianrangerunners.co.uk\/?p=297","title":{"rendered":"Dash in the Dark Race 1 results. 7th Nov 2014."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Friday saw the return of the Dash in the Dark series held at Coed Llandega.<\/p>\n<p>A large turnout with a total of 61 runners set off into the dark forest for 6km of unknown !<\/p>\n<p>The weather had been wet in the days leading up to the first race in the series, but on the night the clouds cleared to reveal the full moon.<\/p>\n<p>First back in a blistering time was <strong>Karl Steinegger<\/strong>, Ambleside AC on (25:15), closely followed by <strong>Thomas Hiles<\/strong>, (25:41) and <strong>Dean Yarwood<\/strong> (29:32).<\/p>\n<p>First of the ladies back was <strong>Sarah Ryder<\/strong> , Wrexham Tri (33:16), then <strong>Sandra Rowlands<\/strong>, Eryri (33:25) and <strong>Claire Sutcliffe<\/strong>, Chester Tri (33:45).<\/p>\n<p>A big thank you goes to the hosts at One Planet Adventure, for the facilities and lovely hot soup.
