Dash in the Dark 3 Postponed.

Unfortunately the centre is closed so we will run the 3rd race in the series on 6th Feb 2026.

We have been in touch with One Planet Adventure and unfortunately the centre is closed for the next few days due to heavy snow and damage to the trees / limited access to the trails.

The trails are blocked and this means that safety vehicle access is not available in the woods should there be a problem.
Race 3 new date is planned for 7th Feb 2025.

however there is a ‘Yellow Weather Warning’ for wind.

Race up the Beast – Maeshafan Wed 7th June
Hi. The miners pub is closed for a refurbishment.
I have had agreement to use the village park as race HQ this year.
So , rather than not host the race , sign on and prize giving will be in the park in the centre of the village. Look for the CRR gazebo
Please note , there WILL NOT BE ANY TOILETS.

Please park considerately and not across peoples drives – lift share if possible.

Following a 2 year hiatus Race up the Beast is back. 

The pub will be open serving drinks and snacks. 

WED 8 Race up the Beast (*) AS 7.2km/458m 4.5miles/1500ft PM
Details: 7.15 pm £4.00 on day only.
Venue: Miners Arms, Maeshafn. 2 miles out of Mold, 1 mile off A494. Limited parking.
Age limit: Over 16
