Hell runner – Delamere forest – 1st Nov 2014.
CRR runner Neil Coppack took part in the grueling challenge that’s known as the Hell Runner. Neil managed an impressive time and an 11th position overall. Perhaps with a little less cake Neil could have made the top 10 !
